First, XR actively promotes regenerative animal agriculture. The organizers have spoken against veganism,

Second, we will be unable to avert climate catastrophe without a widespread transition to a vegan diet.

Third, government cannot impose what people are unwilling to accept. Those of us concerned about climate catastrophe must be clear and unequivocal about the necessity of ending animal agriculture. XR should be speaking the truth about this and using its platform to educate everyone.
